Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in strategic decision-making by delivering high-quality financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. This remote position partners with business and product leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, drive operational insights, and support long-range planning.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product and business leaders to support go-to-market strategies and business growth.
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and state-level revenue and unit economics modeling.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting tools and dashboards to track performance against plan.
- Deliver clear and actionable financial recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Support financial planning for mature business operations and early-stage initiatives.
- Drive long-range planning processes tied to strategic growth, resource allocation, and investment opportunities.
- Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment across key objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting high-growth product, GTM, or operations teams in tech or financial services.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to build and iterate on complex financial models.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a proactive and curious approach.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience with public company processes or reporting rhythms is a plus.

- Compensation range: $97,800 – $156,200 (varies by location) + eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
