As the Finance & Strategy Manager, you'll bridge financial rigor with advanced technology to shape the future of a high-growth digital business. Operating remotely from Ireland, you’ll work across B2C, Media, and Sales functions to transform complex operational data into intelligent, automated systems that guide leadership decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business dynamics into automated financial metrics, serving as a technical finance partner to executive leaders
- Design and implement forecasting models that evolve beyond traditional spreadsheets, using code-based architectures for long-term planning
- Run AI-powered simulations to assess financial resilience and guide strategy under uncertain market conditions
- Develop and maintain scalable finance infrastructure using SQL and Big Query, enhanced by AI tools like Claude for faster development and debugging
- Automate real-time dashboards and recurring performance reports to streamline financial communication
- Collaborate with Sales and Media teams to build data-driven go-to-market frameworks that maximize leverage and efficiency
- Create dynamic models for sales incentives and ROI analysis that align short-term actions with long-term financial health
What We’re Looking For
- Background in Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic finance at a leading technology organization
- Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to accelerate SQL development and workflow optimization
- Solid track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance, particularly supporting Sales and Media functions
- Deep understanding of sales pipeline dynamics, customer acquisition economics, and performance modeling
- Strong analytical capabilities with a builder’s mindset—comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
Technology Environment
