Drive financial insight and strategic decision-making as a Senior Financial Analyst within a globally recognized entertainment brand. You'll play a central role in shaping financial outcomes by delivering accurate forecasts, detailed performance reports, and actionable business insights—particularly in supply chain logistics across European and Asian markets.
What You’ll Do
- Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring timely delivery and data integrity.
- Produce clear, data-driven reports that highlight financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with teams across functions to track spending, evaluate performance, and align on financial goals.
- Translate complex financial data into understandable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
- Proven ability in financial modelling, forecasting, and budget management.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, and other financial analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making across departments.
- Self-motivated with sharp attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Background
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is advantageous.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or retail environments is a plus.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid model based in London, with required office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays offer remote flexibility, supporting both collaboration and work-life balance.
