As an Associate, Rewards Operations, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of customer reward fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all touchpoints. Based remotely in Malaysia, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, supporting seamless delivery for customers in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full rewards fulfillment cycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and redemption partners to guarantee reliable performance and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, proactively identifying shortages and coordinating with procurement to maintain optimal stock.
- Partner with Customer Service to resolve fulfillment issues promptly, meeting defined SLAs and improving resolution efficiency.
- Track operational metrics and contribute to reporting that informs performance and process improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies and support initiatives to enhance workflow, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements across all fulfillment activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and service teams to align operations and resolve blockers quickly.
- Support weekly operational reviews, KPI monitoring, and internal updates to maintain transparency and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, business administration, or a similar role.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Hong Kong Cantonese and English is required to engage with local stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Experience with fulfillment or inventory management systems is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, with self-discipline and effective time management.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including decision-making and prioritization in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort working in a startup-style culture that values ownership, initiative, and collaboration.
