Quadient is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner – Commercial & FP&A to join our Lockers by Quadient business unit. In this role, you will be a key partner to our UK senior leadership team, driving performance, challenging thinking, and guiding financial strategy. You'll own financial planning, provide commercial insight, and support key investment decisions for the business.

What You'll Do

Become a trusted advisor to the Lockers senior leadership team, providing insight, challenge, and direction to improve profitability and performance.
Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the UK Lockers business.
Partner with business leaders to create robust financial plans aligned to strategic goals.
Analyze KPIs and operational performance to spot trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support major commercial initiatives with financial modelling, business cases, and scenario planning.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure decisions are grounded in commercial logic.
Lead monthly performance reviews and executive-level reporting.
Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
Champion better tools, smarter processes, and streamlined reporting to enhance accuracy and drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering.
Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes.

Nice to Have

Experience ideally in a complex international or matrix environment.
Experience with HFM, TM1, or Business Central.
A background in supply chain, logistics, or parcel delivery.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Head of FP&A, UK, playing a senior leadership role within the finance function.
