ServiceNow is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive - Telco, Media & Technology

About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Telco, Media & Technology vertical to generate new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. In this role, you will drive growth by managing account and territory plans, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and bring the right specialist and support resources into a deal at the appropriate time.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients as well as internal teams.
  • A track record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to understand strategic business objectives and IT plans.
  • A history of promoting customer success and operating in a 'win as a team' environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

Team & Environment

You will orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in AMS - North America and Canada. ServiceNow approaches its distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
