ServiceNow is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Telco, Media & Technology vertical to generate new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. In this role, you will drive growth by managing account and territory plans, researching prospects, and executing field-based sales activities.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales.
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business objectives and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.
- Identify and bring the right specialist and support resources into a deal at the appropriate time.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients as well as internal teams.
- A track record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to understand strategic business objectives and IT plans.
- A history of promoting customer success and operating in a 'win as a team' environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

Work Mode
