CareHarmony is looking for a Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability and safety of our vehicle fleet. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs at our assigned facility or at remote locations when needed.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance activities and maintain detailed fleet records.
- Inspect and test vehicles to keep equipment available for use, including engine tune-ups, brake systems, and electrical devices.
- Maintain vehicle functional condition by investigating operator complaints, conducting inspections, and repairing engine failures or system malfunctions.
- Replace parts and components as needed.
- Repair and maintain fleet equipment, including serialized items like arrow boards and message boards.
- Inspect and evaluate fleet and equipment condition.
- Adhere to established maintenance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and uphold vehicle equipment standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED completion.
- Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation and insurable per company policies.
- Ability to follow all safe workplace practices.
- Capability to successfully handle the physical demands of the position.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years’ prior professional full-service mechanical experience.

- Compensation: $24-$26/hr
