Nagarro is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, CRM-Salesforce (Consumer Goods Cloud, TPM & TPO) to lead architecture and solution strategy for large-scale enterprise Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementations. You will specialize in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), designing integrations, data models, and governance frameworks to support critical trade promotion processes and analytics.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Define and oversee solution strategy for TPM/TPO, including campaign planning, promotion execution, fund management, claims, and settlement.
- Architect integrations between CGC and external systems such as ERP, Demand Planning, Pricing, and BI/Analytics platforms.
- Develop data models, workflows, automation, and governance frameworks supporting TPM/TPO processes.
- Ensure security, compliance, and platform governance across Salesforce environments.
- Advise clients on best practices for promotion planning, budgeting, accruals, deductions, and settlements within CGC.
- Support the design of optimization models to improve trade spend effectiveness using TPO.
- Enable scenario modeling, predictive analytics, and promotion ROI forecasting using Salesforce AI/Einstein.
- Understand client business use cases and technical requirements, converting them into elegant technical designs.
- Map decisions to requirements and translate them effectively for development teams.
- Identify and narrow down solution options to best meet client requirements.
- Apply technology integration scenarios and learnings to project work.
- Resolve issues raised during code reviews through systematic root cause analysis.
- Carry out proofs of concept (POCs) to validate that suggested designs and technologies meet requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of total IT experience.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) with specialization in TPM & TPO.
- Strong understanding of Consumer Goods/CPG industry processes – trade promotions, retail execution, distributor management.
- Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM for trade promotion insights.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Integration Patterns.
- Integration experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) for settlements and financials.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
