About the Role
Lead the design and development of enterprise CRM systems using Salesforce platforms with specialization in Consumer Goods Cloud, Third-Party Management, and Third-Party Order processing. Drive technical excellence and mentor engineering teams through complex implementations.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Lead technical design and implementation for Consumer Goods Cloud modules
- Develop integrations for Third-Party Management systems
- Design order processing workflows in Third-Party Order environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM requirements
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
- Drive adoption of Salesforce development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes
- Guide integration with external ERP and supply chain systems
- Optimize data models for CRM efficiency
- Support deployment and release management activities
- Document technical designs and system architecture
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features
- Contribute to solution estimation and project planning
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance policies
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders
- Evaluate new tools and frameworks for CRM enhancement
- Promote reusability and modular design patterns
