AECOM is looking for a Senior Facade Engineer to join our dedicated Façade engineering team in London. You will implement a holistic engineering approach across projects, developing facade solutions from concept through to implementation while contributing to the team's growth.

What You'll Do

Implement a holistic engineering approach across projects, considering performance, buildability, and aesthetics.
Develop façade solutions from concept through to implementation, utilising a range of façade systems and materials.
Share your knowledge with colleagues, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Work closely with clients, the wider design team, and the supply chain.
Carry out and review engineering analyses, including thermal, structural, and embodied carbon assessments.
Assist with work-winning activities and business development.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Architectural Engineering, Building Design, or a related discipline.
Proven experience within the façade industry, ideally in a dedicated façade consultancy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to be client-facing and produce clear, concise technical reports.
Working knowledge of system design considerations, façade performance analysis, and testing procedures.
Proficiency in relevant façade and structural software, including Strand7, SJ MEPLA, THERM or Flixo, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Competence in Microsoft Office and related software packages.
