Solventum is looking for a Senior Executive Sales Account professional focused on dental practice sales. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed sales targets while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities by presenting 1:1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Respond rapidly to customer requests and interact with a professional demeanor to establish strong business relationships within the territory.
- Independently solve problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with Solventum teammates and internal cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- 1 year or more of Field Sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Dental sales experience is preferred.

- Compensation: $110,762 - $135,375 base pay plus variable incentive pay
