Harness is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on winning new enterprise customers and managing the full sales lifecycle. We’re looking for sales leaders passionate about building a great software company while consistently exceeding their quarterly targets.
What You'll Do
- Exceed your sales quota and revenue goals.
- Win new enterprise logos.
- Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and align with internal teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and sales development teams.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
- Account planning and execution skills.
- Ability to sell to C-Level executives across IT and business units.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
- Understanding of leveraging a strong sales methodology like MEDDPICC for pipeline building and opportunity qualification.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills and the ability to articulate a clear return on investment.
- Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- A valid authorization to work in the U.S.
