About the Role

Harness is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on winning new enterprise customers and managing the full sales lifecycle. We’re looking for sales leaders passionate about building a great software company while consistently exceeding their quarterly targets.

What You'll Do

  • Exceed your sales quota and revenue goals.
  • Win new enterprise logos.
  • Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and align with internal teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering and sales development teams.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
  • Account planning and execution skills.
  • Ability to sell to C-Level executives across IT and business units.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
  • Understanding of leveraging a strong sales methodology like MEDDPICC for pipeline building and opportunity qualification.
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills and the ability to articulate a clear return on investment.
  • Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • A valid authorization to work in the U.S.
