RouteThis is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth and expansion into new enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing strategic deals with major clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue in your pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment
- 5+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate large-scale contracts
- Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
