Hire Hangar is hiring a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise to support the expansion of our enterprise customer base. In this role, you will manage complex sales cycles, work independently, and drive deals from initial engagement through close in our fast-growing startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle sales engagements from outreach to contract execution
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers across prospective enterprise clients
- Drive revenue growth through both new business acquisition and strategic expansion
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, positioning, and customer engagement strategies
- Provide market feedback and contribute to strategic planning and process development
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales
- A history of success managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Familiarity with standard CRM and sales enablement tools
- Willingness to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone
