Harness is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Drive enterprise growth as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive with a focus on winning new, strategic clients and consistently surpassing revenue goals. You’ll own the entire sales journey—from initial outreach to final close—working directly with C-suite decision-makers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Consistently exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise opportunities
  • Lead complex sales cycles with large organizations, aligning technical and business stakeholders
  • Use Salesforce and data analytics to track progress, forecast accurately, and maintain pipeline discipline
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering and development teams to tailor solutions
  • Apply structured sales methodologies to build compelling ROI cases and navigate multi-threaded deals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling enterprise software with a history of overachieving quota
  • Experience engaging executives and teams across IT and business functions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a high-velocity environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

The on-target earnings for this role are $325,000, including base salary, commission, and performance-based incentives. The package also includes equity.
