As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales initiatives to expand Workday’s footprint within large enterprise organizations across Korea. Your focus will be on identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting account-specific strategies, and guiding complex deals to close with decision-makers at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute territory plans to target and convert net-new enterprise clients, with a strong emphasis on long-term value creation
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams and technical resources to align solutions with client needs in finance, human resources, and operations
- Present Workday’s platform capabilities to executive stakeholders, emphasizing AI-driven insights and enterprise scalability
- Navigate multi-department procurement processes involving IT, HR, Finance, and business units to build consensus and drive decisions
- Maintain precise records of customer engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasting
What You Bring
- Minimum of seven years in B2B enterprise software sales, with proven success in exceeding targets within competitive cloud or SaaS markets
- Established experience engaging Korean enterprises in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and e-commerce
- Demonstrated ability to sell mission-critical platforms like ERP, HCM, or data solutions in consultative environments
- Skill in building executive rapport, particularly with CIOs, CFOs, and HR leaders, around digital transformation and AI strategy
- Self-starter mindset with the initiative to shape a sales motion and grow a territory independently
- Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English required
