Sparetech is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/x)

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead end-to-end sales processes for large organizations, identifying key decision-makers and aligning technology solutions with their business objectives. Your role centers on developing long-term customer partnerships and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solution demonstrations
  • Forecast sales activity accurately and maintain up-to-date pipeline records
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in B2B technology
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes and procurement models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-value opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
