Harness is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who is passionate about building a great software company while consistently exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will focus on winning new enterprise logos and managing the complete sales cycle from prospect to close.
What You'll Do
- Exceed your sales quota by winning new enterprise logos.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Forecast accurately and communicate clearly, aligning brilliantly with the team.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools in a data-driven approach to track progress.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, sales development, and other teams.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
- Strong account planning and execution skills.
- Ability to sell to C-Level executives across both IT and business units.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
- Understanding the value of using a strong sales methodology like MEDDPICC for pipeline building and opportunity qualification.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear ROI.
- Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
