- Be the central point of ownership for engineering operations, tracking commitments, action items, and follow-ups.
- Design and improve automation and AI-enabled workflows for notes, summaries, updates, and decision support to reduce manual coordination.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Finance to ensure alignment on planning, execution, and communication.
- Monitor organizational health, identifying patterns, risks, and bottlenecks and surfacing observations to engineering leadership.
- Travel quarterly to our New York HQ for planning, alignment, and leadership meetings.

- Experience owning or operating planning processes, operating cadence, and leadership workflows for technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive- and board-facing materials, including written updates, summaries, or operating artifacts for senior leadership.
- Experience partnering with VP- or C-level leaders, supporting prioritization and coordination across teams.
- Experience designing, improving, or scaling operational systems and workflows, including the use of automation or AI to reduce repetitive work.
