Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data strategies that align with organizational goals and advance data maturity

Qualifications
Applicants must have six years of management or progressively responsible experience, or a combination of three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Preferred candidates demonstrate experience in strategic planning, organizational change, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication across technical and non-technical levels.
Work Environment & Benefits
This is a hybrid position based primarily in Salem, Oregon, with occasional work in Portland. Employees are expected to be in-office 10–15% of the time for team collaboration, planning, and problem-solving.
