Lead the charge in shaping the future of commercial display technology across high-impact industries. As Senior Director of Sales, you will drive revenue performance and strategic market expansion for display solutions serving the Restaurant, Retail, Sports, and Entertainment verticals. Operating from a remote U.S. location, you’ll oversee a team of sales professionals, setting ambitious targets and delivering on long-term growth initiatives.
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
Define and execute vertical-specific go-to-market strategies that consistently exceed quarterly goals while building a foundation for sustained three- to five-year expansion. You will lead enterprise-level negotiations, manage a robust sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting through Salesforce.com, maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.
Customer & Cross-Functional Engagement
Forge and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders in key accounts, acting as the trusted advisor and voice of the customer. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with market needs, influence product development, and enhance solution bundling tailored to each vertical.
Team Development & Market Representation
Coach and elevate a team of Sales Directors and Account Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and consultative selling. Represent the organization at industry events and executive forums to strengthen market positioning and brand authority.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven record of leadership and revenue growth
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into strategic action
- Experience in solution selling, particularly with display technologies or commercial hardware
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage complex, multi-department initiatives
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
