Lead the execution and strategy of high-end residential construction and renovation projects across a diverse, national portfolio. This role is central to shaping how buildings are developed and revitalized, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and lasting asset performance. You will work closely with executive leadership while maintaining direct involvement in field operations, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of residential construction, from initial planning through final delivery
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership while staying engaged in day-to-day project execution
- Lead contractor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management
- Coordinate across disciplines to align design, budget, and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, including sustainability and long-term value creation
- Use data and field insights to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years in construction, real estate development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, business, or real estate
- Extensive field experience with high-end residential projects, both new builds and renovations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different regions
- Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract oversight
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Matterport, or similar construction technology platforms
- Skilled in translating complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex organizational structures and leading cross-functional teams
Work Environment
