ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (Bank of Thailand) is hiring a Senior Director, Human Resources Strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive human resources strategies, policies, and infrastructure to align with the organization's strategic goals and cultivate a performance-driven culture.
What You'll Do
- Define HR strategies and design policies covering human resource management, development, organizational development, and manpower planning to align with the organization's strategic plan and resource allocation.
- Design compensation structures, including retention-focused rewards, pay-for-performance, and flexible benefits, linked to organizational direction.
- Establish a robust HR infrastructure that supports employee and organizational efficiency while fostering corporate culture and engagement.
- Support the development of a performance-driven organization, promote continuous self-improvement motivation, and enhance future skills necessary for the organization.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to various departments, using HR analytics to identify problems and evaluate policy effectiveness.
- Establish succession planning systems and develop high-potential employees (Talent Management) in line with organizational direction.
What We're Looking For
- At least 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management in large organizations, with a minimum of 8 years at a management level.
- Proven experience defining strategy and executing organizational restructuring, manpower planning, talent and successor management, compensation management, and providing HR consulting to align HR policies with corporate strategy in large or rapidly growing organizations.
- Demonstrable experience leading Change Management or Organizational Transformation projects such as restructuring or organizational culture change.
- A Master's degree or higher in MBA, General Administration, Economics, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, or a related field.
