Accor is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team for a fixed-term assignment covering a maternity leave. In this role, you will facilitate the Agile development process and ensure the Scrum framework is effectively implemented across our ITOps delivery teams. You will guide teams in Bangkok to achieve high performance and development velocity.
What You'll Do
- Guide and coach teams on using Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve high performance and development velocity.
- Ensure teams follow the Scrum framework and understand Agile principles.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove blockers that obstruct team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog and ensure team understanding of the product vision and roadmap.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and team capacity.
- Act as a servant-leader by promoting collaboration, transparency, and accountability within teams and with external stakeholders.
- Apply Agile principles and methodologies at scale using frameworks like SAFe.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Experience working in an Operations department, with Cloud and industrialized delivery processes.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and its real-world application.
- Fluent communication in English.
Nice to Have
- Scrum Master and SAFe certifications are a plus.
- French language skills are a plus.
