Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Director, Facilities Operations & Program Management to oversee the delivery of comprehensive facilities services for a regional portfolio. You will act as the primary client contact, developing strategic plans and ensuring operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of facilities services to the regional portfolio in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and proactively develop and manage client relationships.
- Develop and implement the strategic and annual management plan for your portfolio.
- Manage team members at a management level to ensure performance, maintenance of facilities, and address escalations.
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring services are delivered to contract standards and documenting poor performance to correct issues.
- Maintain system reliability and improve consistency across the portfolio.
- Develop and implement programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environment, and risk management policies.
- Drive account-wide initiatives like savings programs, benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Be accountable for moves, adds, changes, and small construction projects as required.
- Coordinate and engage internally with other teams such as security, food services, and capital projects.
- Lead vendor contract procurement for your area and support account-wide sourcing events.
- Deliver portfolio management reports as required by the client agreement.
- Achieve or exceed operational expenditure targets, manage within agreed budgets, and identify efficiencies.
- Manage the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and annual capital plan development.
- Lead, manage, develop, and supervise a team of management-level staff, providing excellent onboarding and training.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities, property management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a diverse team.
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Finance management skills and experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Property, or Operations Management.

- Compensation range: $189,000.00 – $230,000.00 USD per year.
