Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC (Mosaic Health) is hiring a Senior Director Change Management, Communications & Culture to lead efforts in navigating organizational change and fostering a collaborative culture. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with our vision to provide exceptional patient care and innovate healthcare delivery.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement a holistic change management strategy that supports organizational objectives and enhances adaptability.
- Assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and the healthcare landscape.
- Roll out change initiatives effectively, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change efforts, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and execute robust communication plans that articulate the vision, purpose, and benefits of change initiatives to all stakeholders.
- Foster open and transparent communication channels, encouraging feedback and addressing concerns.
- Cultivate a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement, aligning behaviors with company values.
- Implement initiatives that promote engagement, collaboration, and resilience among employees during change.
- Mentor and guide teams across the organization to build change management capabilities and foster a proactive approach.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip employees with tools to navigate change effectively.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering data to analyze outcomes and inform future strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful change management strategies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter’s Model, ADKAR).
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience within the healthcare sector.
