The Senior Digital Ads Strategist will architect multi-channel acquisition strategies to drive donor acquisition and fundraising for nonprofit and progressive political clients. This role involves close collaboration with creative and analytics teams to align storytelling with data-driven performance, maximizing ROI across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in digital advertising to meet clients' direct response and acquisition goals
- Architect multi-channel acquisition strategies across email, SMS, social media, and other digital platforms
- Optimize ad creative, placement, landing page design, and user flow to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and analysts to bridge creative storytelling and performance data
- Manage tens of millions of dollars in media spend
- Ensure strategies result in acquiring the most donors and leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising strategy
- Experience managing large-scale media spend
- Strong understanding of digital ad performance metrics and optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams
- Experience in direct response advertising
