What You'll Do
Lead the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that support both immediate and long-term goals across the Technology Division. You'll help shape project roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, contributing to sustainable process improvements and operational effectiveness.
Deliver analytical insights by conducting intermediate-level data analysis using pivot tables, charts, and structured reporting tools. Translate complex datasets into clear summaries and automated reports that inform workflow decisions, track project progress, and highlight trends for leadership review.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, program leads, and senior managers by coordinating meetings, developing agendas, and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders. Ensure decisions are guided by accurate, timely information and that risks are identified and escalated appropriately.
Uphold internal control standards by implementing audit findings and complying with regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and brand integrity across all interactions and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of experience in project analysis, project management, or general management
- Or, a total of 5 years combining higher education and relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in project-focused roles with at least 2 years in project management
- Strong proficiency with personal computing and software tools used for data manipulation and reporting
