The specialist delivers precise, on-label information about products and supports provider education through speaker programs and peer-led discussions.
What You'll Do
Engage proactively with healthcare professionals to discuss treatment access, clinical guidance, and product use. Use digital tools to maintain consistent communication and direct customers to internal support teams when appropriate. Organize and lead local forums where providers can exchange insights on patient outcomes with regional leaders. Capture and report market feedback to help shape local business planning and refine outreach strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to adjust targeting approaches based on real-world input and ensure all activities align with compliance standards. Translate frontline observations into strategic actions that support both customer needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Four or more years of experience selling to healthcare providers, preferably with a portfolio of products
- Proven ability to interpret and convey complex clinical data
- Residency within 50 miles of the primary territory city
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical business practices
- Experience working in fast-evolving or uncertain environments
Prior experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD is preferred, as is a background in launching new products or indications.
