What You'll Do
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across North America, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned with regional and organizational priorities. You'll collaborate with employees and executives to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective people strategies.
Partner with Centers of Excellence and Global HR Business Partners to deliver consistent, high-quality guidance on employment matters, including performance, organizational change, and workforce planning. You'll help shape local talent strategies by contributing insights on retention, succession, and development.
Monitor shifts in employment regulations and work with legal experts to adapt policies accordingly. Identify emerging workforce trends and communicate potential impacts to leadership. Support a balanced culture that respects both business demands and employee well-being through proactive consultation and policy implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of North American labor laws and compliance standards
- Ability to interpret business goals and align them with HR practices
- Experience collaborating with global teams and centralized HR functions
- Skill in balancing organizational needs with employee advocacy
- Proficiency in identifying workforce trends and advising on policy adjustments
