SMN SCALE is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist / Copywriter to own the development of high-converting ad concepts and copy for performance marketing campaigns. You will work with a team of 11-50 marketing experts to drive results for leading eCommerce brands on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns.
- Write direct-response copy and scripts proven to lead to conversions.
- Conceptualize ad creatives that capture the target audience's attention within the first seconds.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on relevant KPIs.
- Provide strategic consulting to clients on creative development.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Creative Strategist, Copywriter, or comparable role.
- Proven expertise in the performance marketing industry, ideally in eCommerce.
- Deep understanding of social media advertising and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales psychology.
- Analytical thinking skills and a data-driven work approach.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- A structured and results-oriented work style.
Nice to Have
- A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) or traineeship with linguistic, journalistic, sales-psychological, marketing-related, or similar qualification.
