SKELAR is hiring a Senior Creative Marketing Manager - Duomo

SKELAR seeks a strategic and performance-driven Senior Creative Marketing Manager to build and lead the creative engine for our partner company, Duomo. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition and brand growth through innovative, data-informed creative production.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire creative production process from concept through execution, guiding the team to deliver top-quality results.
• Produce original, user-focused creative concepts aligned with strategic goals.
• Review user acquisition data and evaluate creative performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay current on market trends, competitors, and platform changes to maintain a differentiated creative strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Product teams.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in creative marketing within mobile apps, tech products, or DTC consumer businesses.
• Proven track record of delivering high-performing ad creatives in paid social or performance marketing channels.
• Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and their creative requirements.
• Deep knowledge of creative testing methodologies and scaling winning assets.
• Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Fluent in English (B2+).
