Pfizer is hiring a Senior Country HR Partner - Philippines to provide in-country HR partnering support for all Pfizer entities across the Philippines, covering both Commercial business and Global Business Services, with a focus on the GBS Manila site. This role partners directly with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and provides management for at least one direct report.

What You'll Do

Partner with in-country leadership and regional/global stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
Ensure effective and consistent implementation of CoE-driven HR initiatives within the country's operations.
Collaborate with CoEs like Talent Acquisition to fulfill site staffing needs with agility.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and lawful resolution.
Guarantee HR policies and programs are compliant with local labor laws while aligning with the global HR framework.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks and uphold ethical standards.
Drive HR governance across the country in areas like employee relations, compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.
Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
Act as a champion of company culture, embedding core values into HR programs.
Support local change management efforts.
Provide oversight to HR in a matrix environment, with the HR Lead for Commercial business reporting into this role.
