As a Workday Associate Project Manager, you will oversee Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services initiatives within dynamic Workday implementations. This role demands strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple project components—planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and client satisfaction—across fast-moving timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling and coordination of client and team meetings, workshops, and implementation-related activities
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and successful delivery of Statements of Work
- Manage projects within Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules, maintaining compliance with Workday Scorecard standards
- Collaborate with internal consultants to staff and plan projects effectively
- Partner with client project leads to identify and resolve scope or timeline risks
- Support transition into postproduction support phases, including hypercare
- Provide guidance on Workday best practices and complete required Workday certifications
- Participate in U.S.-based travel as needed to support client engagements
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Workday certification in HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll, or Project Management, along with fluency in English and a B1/B2 visa. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, IT, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum one year of experience in SaaS project management or software implementation consulting is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like Smartsheet is essential. Experience in a consulting environment—either in-house or with a services firm—is highly valued.
