What you'll accomplish:
The Senior Consultant collaboratively operates within a team of elite Advisory professionals to drive performance optimization for healthcare organizations. This position centers on executing billable client engagements. The role involves strategically leading and participating in project work streams. Responsibilities encompass identifying client requirements, conducting comprehensive data evaluations, interpreting analytical findings, developing strategic recommendations, creating presentation materials, managing risk mitigation, monitoring project economics, and supporting implementation of proposed improvements.
The Senior Consultant comprehensively engages across all project dimensions including issue identification, hypothesis formation, interview planning, analytics management, solution development, information synthesis, and change implementation. They will function within a collaborative team environment, providing critical support and input throughout project phases. Daily responsibilities include managing workstream activities, project economics, and operational coordination.
The consultant must participate in internal organizational development, professional educational opportunities, and technology familiarization. Key expectations include:

Analytics-Focused Role Specifics:
Senior Consultants in analytics will demonstrate expertise in Premier and PINC AI database systems, specializing in dataset integration and enriched content creation. Responsibilities include client interaction, internal collaboration, deliverable production, and providing data-driven insights.
