About the Role
This role leads construction projects within corporate real estate and facilities, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse project types and locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for corporate real estate initiatives
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Oversee design development and construction documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting
- Support vendor selection and contract negotiation
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency goals in construction
- Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives
- Facilitate communication between operations and project teams
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Oversee contractor performance and quality control
- Lead project closeout and handover processes
- Support space planning and facility optimization
- Evaluate new construction technologies and methods
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on project agreements
- Manage multiple projects across different phases simultaneously
- Provide leadership during project emergencies or disruptions
- Support due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions
- Assist in developing project management standards
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability on site
- Utilize project management software for tracking and forecasting
