Ferguson is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate and Facilities

About the Role

This role leads construction projects within corporate real estate and facilities, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across diverse project types and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for corporate real estate initiatives
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
  • Oversee design development and construction documentation
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and delays
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting
  • Support vendor selection and contract negotiation
  • Drive sustainability and energy efficiency goals in construction
  • Ensure alignment of projects with business objectives
  • Facilitate communication between operations and project teams
  • Manage change orders and scope adjustments
  • Oversee contractor performance and quality control
  • Lead project closeout and handover processes
  • Support space planning and facility optimization
  • Evaluate new construction technologies and methods
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams on project agreements
  • Manage multiple projects across different phases simultaneously
  • Provide leadership during project emergencies or disruptions
  • Support due diligence for property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Assist in developing project management standards
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability on site
  • Utilize project management software for tracking and forecasting
