What You'll Do
Oversee a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers, shaping a sustainable and profitable delivery model aligned with revenue goals. You’ll guide project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with sales teams during consultative engagements, enhancing proposals and responses to RFPs with technical insight. Help position solutions that align with client needs, improving win rates and deal size. Monitor team utilization, project quality, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, supporting professional growth and addressing development needs. Hire new team members and lead improvement plans when necessary. Serve as a key point of escalation for delivery challenges and contribute to broader business unit strategy.
Requirements
You bring over three years of commercial project management experience using formal methodologies, with a track record of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivering complex technical projects simultaneously. You’re skilled in contract and project negotiation, able to operate independently while balancing multiple priorities.
Your background includes at least a decade in Business Intelligence and data warehousing, with hands-on experience in architecture, development, and design of data analytics solutions. You’ve served in technical lead roles across data warehouse projects—covering coordination, design, development, testing, training, and deployment.
You understand large-scale data architectures, including data lakes and federated systems, and can apply modeling techniques like star and snowflake schemas and SCDs to real-world business problems. You’re adept at turning business requirements into functional data solutions and have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Prior experience managing offshore teams and working in an onshore-offshore delivery model is essential. Experience within a public cloud or data services environment is highly valued.
