What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new customers by assessing their requirements, setting up their Payhawk environment, and delivering personalized training to drive early adoption. Design and manage tailored implementation plans, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with service level expectations while coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
Help customers quickly achieve value by aligning platform configuration with their operational workflows. Use data and product insights to refine setups and unlock additional use cases, supporting long-term success. Guide clients as they scale, adapting configurations and introducing new features as their needs evolve.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring Payhawk integrates effectively with internal processes to meet business goals. Contribute to retention by driving product utilization, satisfaction, and feature adoption. Capture feedback on product enhancements and relay insights to internal teams to influence development.
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience. Flag potential expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to support growth. Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless delivery and consistent value.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in customer success, project management, or equivalent role within a fast-growing SaaS company, or recent graduate with a relevant degree
- Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to master software platforms
- Native or near-native proficiency in German
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Adaptable learner comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment
- Skilled at balancing client demands with internal collaboration
