Stony Creek Homes is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to ensure our house-flipping projects stay on track, on time, and on budget. This remote role is for an 'Agent of Progress' who proactively moves projects forward in our high-energy environment for go-getters who like to see results.

What You'll Do

Use the project schedule as a dynamic tool to get things done, not just as a static checklist.
Manage risk by proactively monitoring budget, timeline, and personnel to foresee problems before they impact the project.
Handle a spectrum of construction projects, from quick renovations to managing administration for luxury estates.
Solve problems independently at your level and escalate larger issues to management immediately.
Communicate tactfully and assertively with construction managers and realtors to prevent project stalls.

What We're Looking For

A background in a construction or project-based company.
The ability to manage yourself and your time effectively in a remote role without direct oversight.
A driven, proactive mindset; you are not looking to do the bare minimum.
Strong organizational skills, intelligence, and the ability to prioritize tasks and identify risks early.
