Lead the expansion of home modification services in Massachusetts as the first Regional Project Manager in this market. You'll oversee every phase of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring installations meet strict quality benchmarks and improve client safety and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle projects for residential modifications, including scheduling, coordination, and quality assurance
- Act as the central point of contact between clinical teams, clients, families, and contractors
- Develop and grow a reliable network of qualified service providers across the region
- Set performance standards, conduct on-site evaluations, and lead training and improvement initiatives
- Address escalated technical or service issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure all work complies with timelines, budgets, and safety requirements
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction experience, with a focus on residential projects
- At least 5 years in residential project or property management
- Current Massachusetts residency with availability for regular in-state travel (approximately 50% of work time)
- Experience in accessibility modifications such as bathroom retrofits or ramp installations is a plus
