Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering and design activities for complex traction power projects, ensuring compliance, managing design stages, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Develop technical specifications and support bid proposals with engineering input.
- Produce foundational design documents, feasibility studies, and technical reports.
- Manage interdisciplinary interfaces through collaborative agreements while avoiding financial repercussions.
- Guide and develop team members by promoting cross-functional skills and knowledge in traction power systems.
- Stay current with international rail electrification standards including EN, IEEE, and IEC.
- Support tender processes with preliminary designs, drawings, quantity takeoffs, and effort estimates.
