RYNO Strategic Solutions is hiring a Senior Client Success Manager to be the go-to contact for our valued clients. You will own client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth, building strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee customized marketing strategies that exceed client goals
- Understand clients’ businesses as if they were your own and become their trusted advisor
- Foster relationships with strategic partners for our largest clients
- Define and drive the marketing strategy for each client
- Provide actionable insights and proactive recommendations based on performance
- Communicate via phone, email, and Zoom meetings with clients weekly
- Expand client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated
- Generate client referrals that result in new RYNO clients
- Analyze data from platforms like Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and create actionable performance reports
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge marketing strategies
- Support the Client Success Director with reports and resources for the Account Team
- Mentor Client Success Coordinators
- Build strong relationships with both clients and the RYNO team
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of account management in a fast-growing digital marketing agency
- 2+ years of experience mentoring a team of digital account managers
- Skilled in handling client escalations, securing new business, and upselling solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Search Console, and other data analysis tools
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO and Paid Media techniques
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- A passion for helping businesses grow and a 'do whatever it takes' attitude
- Required Certifications: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4)
