Eyefinity is hiring a Senior Client Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth and client retention. You will manage a substantial book of business, including up to 350 clients and $40,000,000 in annual revenue, focusing on accounts with up to 999 enrolled employees.
What You'll Do
- Retain and grow an existing client base of 500-999 enrolled employees.
- Formulate and implement customized business solutions through strategic consultation.
- Connect client business plan objectives with corporate initiatives.
- Analyze data to provide strategic sales consultation, identifying and securing renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attain quota, focusing on increasing revenue while ensuring account retention.
- Identify and execute complex sales messaging strategies tailored to a diverse customer base.
- Educate the customer base on available products and programs.
- Focus sales efforts on opportunities that meet customer needs and support market strategy.
- Deliver informal and formal presentations to audiences of 25 or more.
- Identify territory trends, competition, and customer behavior to develop strategic plans that maximize revenue.
- Drive cross-collaboration within SBUs and across other lines of business to leverage enterprise strategies.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Seven years of sales experience, focused on account management, business development, or client relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and articulate underwriting methodology, claims data, and experience-rated renewals.
- Ability to provide resolutions through successful influence and negotiation.
- Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in dealing with situations involving complexity, controversy, or conflict.
- Ability to navigate complex situations through the organizational landscape with multiple stakeholders.
- Consistently use discretion and good judgment in all customer and team interactions.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver presentations to large groups.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrates financial acumen or ability to learn it.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Possess a clean DMV record.
- Ability to achieve and maintain any applicable agent licensing requirements for any state(s) within the assigned sales territory.
