About the Role

Savvy Wealth is hiring a Senior Client Associate to provide critical operational support for our wealth managers who serve high net worth clients. You will be an early member of the team, helping to shape standard operating procedures and build out the client servicing function, while working closely with Product and Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for Savvy wealth managers.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through exceptional client service.
  • Own execution of all client tasks, requests, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Proactively improve Savvy's internal procedures for better advisor and client experience.
  • Streamline new client prospecting, closing, and onboarding processes.
  • Execute investment transactions and fulfill account billing and performance reporting tasks.
  • Work closely with other professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, and insurance agents.
  • Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Ensure adherence to all required compliance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client personal and financial information.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer.
  • Experience interacting directly with clients and advisors.
  • High-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude with an ownership mentality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills in Google Suite applications and familiarity with MS Office equivalents.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Series 7 and 66 or Series 65 licenses.
  • BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP, CPA, or CFA.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.
  • Prior experience working with custodians such as Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Pershing Advisor Services.
