Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing management of strategic advertising clients on the platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and campaign support
- Collaborate with clients to define marketing objectives and KPIs
- Design and execute advertising strategies tailored to client goals
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Provide regular reporting and performance summaries to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to increase client spend and platform engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Stay current on product updates and share relevant features with clients
- Guide clients through campaign optimization and best practices
- Manage contract deliverables and ensure timely execution
- Maintain accurate client records and account documentation
- Support onboarding of new advertising clients
- Advocate for client needs internally to improve service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements in account management workflows
- Respond to urgent client requests with a high level of professionalism
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between sales, support, and product teams
- Use data to validate campaign impact and inform future planning
- Escalate technical or systemic issues with clear context and suggestions
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and contractual terms
- Maintain confidentiality of client and business information
