TATA AIG is looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead business delivery and profitable growth under the Banca team and strategic Tie Ups. In this role, you will be accountable for understanding our insurance products, sourcing business, and driving developmental activities.
What You'll Do
- Achieve overall Gross Written Premium targets.
- Maintain Channel Relationships.
- Conduct Workshops and Camps.
- Plan and make strategies.
- Maintain Combined Operating Ratio (COR) at budgeted levels.
- Analyze the underwritten business book and build strategies for driving results.
- Recruit agents through name gathering activities and career orientation programs.
- Activate producers by floating contests and club conventions on a monthly and weekly basis.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Retain business by increasing customer contactibility.
- Provide renewal details on a timely basis.
What We're Looking For
- Any Graduation.
Nice to Have
- 0-1 year of experience in insurance.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience leading a company or business line in Retail Sales.
