Deposco is hiring a Senior Channel Lead

About the Role

This role leads the development and execution of channel strategies to grow revenue through indirect sales partners. The individual will manage key relationships, identify new opportunities, and align partner programs with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and rollout of channel partner programs
  • Identify and recruit new distribution partners
  • Develop strategies to increase partner engagement and performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align channel initiatives
  • Monitor channel performance using key metrics and reporting tools
  • Negotiate agreements and commercial terms with partners
  • Provide training and enablement resources to channel partners
  • Drive go-to-market plans with key channel allies
  • Analyze market trends to uncover channel expansion opportunities
  • Manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to performance review
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner forums
  • Coordinate with product teams to communicate roadmap updates to partners
  • Resolve conflicts between partners and internal teams
  • Optimize channel compensation and incentive models
  • Support sales forecasting for indirect revenue streams
  • Maintain documentation for partner processes and guidelines
  • Evaluate partner technology integrations and compatibility
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with top channel partners
  • Advocate for partner needs within the organization
  • Develop playbooks for partner-led sales motions
  • Track competitive partner ecosystem developments
  • Ensure brand consistency across partner customer interactions
  • Contribute to long-term channel strategy planning
