About the Role

TensorOps is hiring a Senior Channel Account Manager for the United States. You will be responsible for building and managing the channel partner ecosystem for Nozomi Networks' operational technology and IoT cybersecurity platform. This high-profile role involves driving incremental channel-led business and ensuring regional growth by collaborating closely with sales and technical teams.

What You'll Do

  • Work with colleagues to develop a regional channel partner strategy for the US.
  • Recruit targeted and specific channel partners to the Nozomi Networks channel program where necessary.
  • Conduct ongoing technical and sales enablement of the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with channel and technology partners.
  • Develop and present regular metrics reporting by partner.
  • Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings.
  • Meet or exceed Channel-specific Objectives and Key Results.
  • Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends.
  • Attend industry trade shows and security-related conferences in support of activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns, and awareness with channel partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security.
  • Strong track record of driving high-quality, repeatable pipeline generation through scalable partner ecosystem programs.
  • Demonstrated high performance and initiative.
  • Can demonstrate strong relationships with existing channel partners in the region.
  • Able to leverage a strong OT knowledge base to align partner solutions with customer operational technology environments.
  • Can demonstrate experience building and/or managing a regional channel program for a software vendor, ideally in IoT or OT Security.
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers daily.
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the federal ecosystem and key federal partners.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Nozomi Networks’ sales and technical teams and report to the CRO & Head of WW Channel.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $136,086 to $176,493 plus equity. Eligible employees may participate in the company’s equity program.
