Hatch is seeking a Senior Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our campus talent strategy across the Australia-Asia region. In this role, you will develop talent pipelines through internships and new graduate programs, serving as a key brand ambassador while executing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment.
What You'll Do
- Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across the Australia/Asia region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and the business.
- Plan and participate in campus events including Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Case competitions, Classroom presentations, and Conferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve skills requirements.
- Serve as a 'Brand Ambassador' to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channels.
- Execute the Student and New Grad Engagement model to enhance employee experience.
- Assess sponsorship requests and determine level of engagement.
- Manage scholarship programs.
- Provide reporting on campus analytics.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of full-cycle, high‑volume campus recruitment experience.
- Experience supporting engineering or technical students and graduates.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of best‑practice attraction, recruitment and selection strategies within the campus talent space.
- College or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience managing large recruitment volumes in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and success measures for campus program initiatives.
- Adept at managing conflicting priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow‑through.
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of key drivers.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically.
- Clear commitment to valuing differences and supporting diverse people and perspectives.

You will be part of the Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, reporting to the Australia-Asia Talent Lead.
