Banorte is hiring a Junior Collections Executive to focus on the extrajudicial recovery of charged-off mortgage credits. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing collections and ensuring compliance while supporting the bank’s mission of innovation and transformation.
What You'll Do
- Manage collections for charged-off mortgage portfolios.
- Analyze and control assigned credit portfolios.
- Negotiate directly with key clients.
- Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in all activities.
What We're Looking For
- A professional background in Economic-Administrative fields or a Law degree.
- 3 years of experience in extrajudicial collections.
- Specific experience with portfolios greater than 15pv.
- Knowledge of recovery techniques for charged-off mortgage credits.
- Strategies to generate results against set goals.
- Timely follow-up on portfolios assigned to external legal offices.
- Analysis and supervision of negotiations handled by external offices.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Availability for prolonged out-of-town visits.
