MoreConneXions GmbH was looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (m,w,d)

MoreConneXions GmbH is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (m,w,d) to drive outbound lead generation for our international technology and communications services. This part-time role, starting March/April, focuses on new customer acquisition, retention, and B2B customer base development.

What You'll Do

  • Take responsibility for new customer acquisition, customer retention, and development of the B2B customer base.
  • Support Account Executives in building relationships with Ideal Customer Profiles and maintain regular communication.
  • Qualify customer inquiries and plan and schedule customer presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for sales and new customer acquisition.
  • Technical proficiency with several years of professional B2B sales experience explaining products and services.
  • Enjoy building proactive and sustainable customer relationships.
  • The ability to set priorities with a high degree of motivation and initiative.
  • A confident, assured, and authentic demeanor with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
